Refund & Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
A coachni subscription is a digital service performed instantly by electronic means. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content/services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent. Once you start your subscription and begin using the service, this exception may apply.
2. Purchases via App Stores
For subscription purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are subject to the relevant store’s own refund policy and are handled directly through Apple/Google:
- App Store: request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: Play Store → Order history → request a refund.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and the next period is not charged. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → coachni → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → coachni → Cancel.
You retain access to the service until the end of the period. Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund for the past period.
4. Deleting Your Account
You can close your account from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through a store; you must also cancel the subscription separately via the relevant store.
