1. Overview

coachni ("the app") is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that connects coaches with athletes. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are when you use the app and coachni.com. 2. Data We Collect

• Account details: first name, last name, email, role (coach/athlete).
• Fitness data: weight, height, measurements, goals, workout and nutrition logs, personal records.
• Apple Health (optional): if you grant permission, weight, step and sleep data are read solely to deliver the service to you; you can revoke this permission at any time in your iOS settings.
• Photos: meal photos (AI calorie analysis), progress photos and profile photo — visible only to you and your coach.
• Messages: coach–athlete messaging is stored in order to provide the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver the service, personalize your plans, generate AI analyses (meal recognition, progress forecasting, form checks), send notifications and improve the service. We do not sell your data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI Processing

For features such as meal photo analysis and plan generation, the relevant content (photo, goal and measurement summaries) is sent to our AI service provider (Google Gemini) and used only to produce a response. AI outputs are suggestions, not medical advice.

5. Security and Retention

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access is limited through role-based authorization. When you delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), your data is erased, except where legal retention obligations apply.
