2. Subject and Essential Qualities of the Service

coachni is a digital subscription service offering training and nutrition planning, progress tracking, AI-powered analysis, and coach–athlete communication. The service is provided through app stores (App Store / Google Play) or in-app as a periodic (monthly/annual) subscription. Current package contents and durations are shown on the pricing page and on the purchase screen.

3. Price and Payment

The service fee, VAT included, is stated on the purchase screen. Payment is collected through the payment infrastructure of the relevant app store or an integrated payment institution; card details are not stored by coachni. Unless cancelled, the subscription may renew automatically at the end of the period; the renewal fee is charged at the price current for that period.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content/services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent and that are performed instantly in the electronic environment. This exception may apply once you start the subscription and begin using the service. For purchases made through app stores, the relevant store's (Apple/Google) refund policy also applies. 5. Complaints and Disputes

You may submit your requests and complaints to destek@coachni.com. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the applicable monetary limits.
