Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These terms apply between the user and the coachni app and coachni.com (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you are under 18, you may use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of the Service

coachni is a platform where coaches assign training and nutrition plans to their clients, progress is tracked, and AI-powered analyses are provided. coachni is not a medical service. Plans, analyses and predictions are for informational/advisory purposes only; if you have a health condition, consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

3. Account and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.
• Coaches are professionally responsible for the content of the plans and guidance they provide to their clients.
• Using the service in a manner that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or threatens system security is prohibited.
• Insults, harassment and spam are prohibited in messaging and content sharing; violations may result in account suspension.

4. Pricing

Some features of the service are subject to paid subscriptions or packages. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and within the app. For purchases made through app stores, the refund conditions of the relevant store apply.

5. Intellectual Property

coachni's software, design, brand and content are protected; they may not be copied or distributed without permission. The user grants coachni the limited right to use the content they upload (photos, etc.) as necessary to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Uninterrupted, error-free operation is not guaranteed. coachni cannot be held liable for the accuracy of AI outputs, disputes arising from the coach–athlete relationship, or indirect damages, without prejudice to mandatory consumer legislation.

7. Changes and Termination

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced within the app. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; the [●] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
